New and Beautiful... ...are the
New and Beautiful...
...are the same word in Japanese. Most Japanese people are obsessive about keeping things clean and sterile. Houses, therefore, should be new, not 'lived in'. Which all works out rather nicely for the folks who make a living from building houses...
Anyway, near Urawa station, there is a very large new apartment building. The complex will include a conference centre, restaurants etc.
Beautiful, or just new...?
