We went to England in June, 2001. Megumi had been to London for a couple of days after graduating university, but had never really spent any time there. She had also met Dad and Marlene, but not the rest of the family. Another big first was the meeting of Gary and Jude, uncle and nephew. We spent most of the time in Maidstone and Ashford, Kent, and a couple of days shopping in London.
